35 tons of fishing nets removed from beaches in Oman

Nearly 35 tons of fishing nets were collected from Masirah beaches last week.
The Environmental Society of Oman (ESO) released a statement online, about a clean up campaign that occurred last week.
Volunteers joined the ESO in removing 35 tons of fishing nets that had been discarded on the beaches of the island.
