Two ships sailed into Sharm El Sheikh port during the past 24 hours with 1,060 tourists of different nationalities on board, the media spokesman for the Red Sea Ports Authority Malak Youssed said on Sunday.

The tourists will be visiting Ras Mohammad National Park, Saint Catherine, Dahab, Habiba Camp, Nuweiba Nabq, Wadi Mandar and Naama Bay amid tight security measures, he added.

Also, they will enjoy water sports, diving, safari and the Red Sea resort city's warm winter.

Head of the Red Sea Ports Authority Hisham Abu Senna, meanwhile, urged workers at the port to facilitate entry measures to ensure the comfort of passengers.

Also, he called for providing air-conditioned buses, accompanied by police cars, for tourists during their tours around the city.
