Middleton reveals motherhood struggles

Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, shared her emotions about motherhood while speaking recently at a London school that has included classes on mental fitness in its curriculum, the Daily Mail said.
Her comments came days after Prince Harry revealed for the first time that losing his mother Princess Diana when he was only 12 left him in emotional turmoil for 20 years, filling him with grief and rage he could only manage after he sought counseling after suffering multiple breakdowns.
Diana was killed in a car crash in Paris in August 1997.
During a conversation with two mothers, who co-founded an online application Mush, which aims to connect new mothers together, Middleton said: “It is lonely at times and you do feel quite isolated, but actually so many other mothers are going through exactly what you are going through. It is being brave enough, like you obviously were, to reach out to those around you.”
This week, Prince William released a video with pop singer Lady Gaga, who speaks about her struggles with post-traumatic stress disorder.
Both royal brothers have spoken out as part of their campaign to raise awareness of mental health issues and to encourage people to speak openly rather than bottle up their emotions
