Cairo - Arab Today

The court of cassation decided on Saturday to pronounce on December 10 the verdict concerning a challenge filed by terrorist Adel Habbara and other defendants in the second Rafah massacre case.

The defendants face charges of killing Central Security Forces personnel in Rafah in August 2013.

In November 2015, some of the defendants, including Habbara, were slapped death sentences, while others face jail sentences ranging between 15 to 25 years.
