UN's Libya envoy in Tripoli for meeting with Presidency Council

Special Representative and Head of the UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) Martin Kobler arrived Sunday in Tripoli for meeting with members of the Presidency Council and prime minister-designate Fayez al-Sarraj.
A well-informed source said that Kobler would hold a press conference after talks in Tripoli, before heading for Tobruk, where he would meet with members of the country's House of Representatives.
The Libyan parliament is scheduled to convene Monday to discuss giving confidence to the government of National Accord.
