Qatari emir meets Sudanese president on sidelines of Arab Summit

Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa al Thani met on Saturday with Sudanese President Omar al Bashir on the fringe of the 26th Arab Summit, currently in session in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el Sheikh.
During the meeting, they probed boosting bilateral ties in various areas, regional issues with common concern and the recent developments in the region.
Also, they touched upon files and issues due to be discussed in the ongoing Arab summit.
