Qatar, Maldives review bilateral ties

HE Qatar's Ambassador to Sri Lanka and the Maldives Rashid bin Shafie Al Marri on Wednesday met at the embassy's headquarters in Colombo with a delegation from the Maldives headed by Hussain Shareef, minister at the office of the Maldives' President Abdulla Yameen.
The meeting reviewed bilateral relations between Qatar and the Maldives and means of boosting and enhancing them to serve interests of the two friendly peoples.
