Palestine president meets Italian official

President of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas met here today with Italy's Deputy Foreign Minister Lapo Pistelli.
Abbas briefed the Italian official on the latest developments on the Palestinian ground and on the Pease Process.
During the meeting, Abbas pointed that the Palestinian side adheres to realizing peace based on international legitimacy resolutions to end the occupation and establish the independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
