OIC Chief Meets UN Coordinator for Humanitarian Aid and Development Activities in Palestine

Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr Yousef A. Al-Othaimeen conferred today with UN Deputy Special Coordinator and Coordinator for Humanitarian Aid and Development Activities in the Occupied Palestinian Territory Robert Piper.
During the meeting, they discussed developments in the Palestinian territory, particularly the situation in the cities of Al Quds and Al Khalil, as well as the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.
The OIC Secretary-General praised the important role played by the United Nations and its specialized agencies in all Palestinian territories, including Al Quds, stressing the OIC's readiness to cooperate with all stakeholders in order to mobilize more support for the Palestinian people.
