Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, on Sunday received Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and his accompanying delegation, at Zabeel Palace.

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, and H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, attended the meeting.

They discussed the fraternal relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them at various levels in the light of the permanent coordination among GCC countries to achieve their common national objectives.

Among those who also attended the meeting were Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and the Future, Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Minister of State for International Cooperation, Mohammed Ibrahim AI Shaibani, Director-General of His Highness the Ruler's Court, Government of Dubai, Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, Director-General of the Department of Protocol and Hospitality in Dubai, Qatari Foreign Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani, Saleh Mohammed bin Nasra Al Ameri, UAE Ambassador to Qatar, and Hadi bin Nasser Mansour al-Hajri, Ambassador of Qatar to the UAE.
