Minister of Interior, , on Monday maintained that his MinistrNohad Mashnouqy's preparations for the upcoming legislative polls were ongoing.
He also stressed that the security situation in the country was under control "thanks to the permanent efforts of the various security apparatuses and the coordination among them."
Mashnouq made these remarks during his meeting with British Ambassador to Lebanon, Hugo Shorter, who visited him at his office in the Ministry for talks over the current political and security situation on the local scene
