Kuwait Foreign Minister meets UN Secretary General
Kuwait First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Shaikh Sabah Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah met UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.

Kuwait First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Shaikh Sabah Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah met UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.
The meeting was held on the sideline of UN General Assembly session to elect non-permanent members of the UN Security Council (UNSC) for 2018-19, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
The two sides discussed various region and international topics, including ways to enhance cooperation among UN various agencies.
Guterres affirmed Kuwait's status within the international community and its leading role in the humanitarian and developmental fields.
Shaikh Sabah praised the efforts exerted by Guterres in boosting stability and security in the region and across the world
