Iraqi Parliament Speaker Meets UN Chief

Iraqi Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri met today with the Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon, who was accompanied by President of the Islamic Development Bank Ahmed Ali, and President of the World Bank Group Jim Yong Kane.
Ki-moon stressed the United Nations support for Iraq in its war against terrorism and its solidarity with it in the face all the challenges for peace.
The UN Chief arrived today in Iraq coming from Lebanon as part of an Arab tour that includes Jordan.
