Interior Minister receives Arab Interior Ministers Council Secretary General

Interior Minister Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received today Secretary-General of the Arab Interior Ministers Council Dr Mohammed bin Ali Kouman, in the presence of Interior Ministry Undersecretary, Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa.
He welcomed the guest and praised the general secretariat’s role in coordinating the joint Arab security efforts and following up on the implementation of the decisions taken by Their Highnesses and Excellencies Arab Interior Ministers.
The meeting reviewed the main issues to be discussed at the upcoming Arab Interior Ministers’ meeting. Issues to reinforce the Arab security cooperation were also reviewed.
Dr Kouman praised HE the Interior Minister and his views on developing the Arab security coordination and cooperation and appreciated the Interior Ministry’s efforts to maintain security and stability of Bahrain.
