Representative of HM the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports (SCYS) and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, received the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Simon Martin, wishing him success in his diplomatic duties, and citing the strong historic strategic ties which constantly increase momentum in view of mutual visits, coordination and cooperation in all fields.
His Highness praised the ambassador's efforts in bolstering the cooperation between the two friendly countries.
The ambassador expressed his appreciation of the efforts of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa in boosting the level of bilateral ties, and commended the support accorded to him from all Bahraini officials.
The meeting also explored several topics of common interest.
