Manama – BNA

Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza received Origin Consulting Group Chief Executive Officer Ahmed Al-Banna and Bahrain Association of Occupational Health Physicians President Dr. Mohammad Saber, along with the members of the organising committee of the International Well-being Conference and Exhibition that will be organised on November 23-24.
Bahrain Association of Occupational Health Physicians is organising the event, under the patrongae of the minister, in coordination with Bahrain Petroleum Company. More than 200 participants from around the region and beyond will attend, and more than 16 companies will also take part in an accompanying exhibition.
The minister praised the efforts of the organizing committee for the success of the event and said it aims at creating an ideal environment that allows employees to thrive and achieve their full goals.
The conference will focus on occupational health at the global, regional and local level and also shed light on women as an important partner for occupational health programmes. The conference also aims to raise awareness about the concept of perfect health, which goes beyond the concept of disease prevention and is achieved through a balance between physical, mental, social and occupational health.
