Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry on Friday met with Kuwaiti Acting Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sabah Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah.

The meeting dealt with regional and international issues of mutual concern.

The top Kuwaiti diplomat held a dinner banquet in honor of Shoukry and the Egyptian delegation following the talks.

Shoukry arrived in Kuwait earlier in the day, coming from the United Arab Emirates, where he held talks with his UAE counterpart Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan on ways of boosting bilateral political, economic and development relations, in addition to the situation in Yemen, Syria, Iraq and Libya and fight against terrorism.
