On behalf of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister, His Highness Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, today received the Board Chairman of EFG International Bank, John Williamson, who is visiting the Kingdom to mark the bank’s tenth anniversary in Bahrain.
During the meeting, HH Shaikh Ali conveyed the greetings of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister to John Williamson, praising the bank’s significant role in the financial and banking sector through its presence in Bahrain, and wishing the bank and its management constant success and progress.

HH the Deputy Premier affirmed that the banking and financial sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain enjoys considerable attention from the government, led by His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, which is keen to provide the suitable environment that enables this sector to effectively contribute in the national economy’s revitalization.

From his side, Williamson expressed his gratitude and appreciation of His Royal Highness the Prime Minister for his support and patronage of the financial and banking sector as well as his keenness to provide investment-attractive environment in the Kingdom of Bahrain, praising the Kingdom’s outstanding atmospheres of freedom and economic openness.
