His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today received His Excellency Ahmed Nayef Rashid Al Dulaimi, the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Riffa Palace to mark the end of the Ambassador’s service in the Kingdom.


During the meeting, His Royal Highness highlighted the importance of further strengthening relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Iraq across various sectors

His Royal Highness acknowledged the Iraqi Ambassador’s role in further expanding ties between the Republic of Iraq and Kingdom of Bahrain, while wishing the Republic of Iraq further prosperity and development

His Royal Highness and the Iraqi Ambassador also discussed various areas of common interest

For his part, the Iraqi Ambassador extended his gratitude for the opportunity to meet with His Royal Highness. His Excellency also expressed appreciation for His Royal Highness’ continued support in the advancement of ties between the two countries

The Ambassador wished the Kingdom of Bahrain and its citizens continued progress and prosperity
