Bahraini king meets Arab League chief

Bahrini King Sheikh Hamad bin Isa al Khalifa received at his residence Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby.
In statements to reporters, Araby said that the meeting took up the current Arab situation and the importance of Arab solidarity for confronting challenges.
The meeting also tackled the issue of setting up an Arab joint force and the importance of holding continued contacts regarding the Arab causes, he added.
The meeting was attended by Bahraini Foreign Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed al Khalifa.
