Al-Zayani, EU official discuss syrian refugees' humanitarian situation

Secretary General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani met here on Tuesday with European Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Management Christos Stylianides, on the sidelines of the Third International Humanitarian Pledging Conference for Syria which is currently hosted by Kuwait.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the GCC and the European Union in the areas of humanitarian affairs and crisis management.
They also addressed the humanitarian situation of the Syrian refugees and the intensive efforts exerted by the Commission in this regard.
