Al-Araby, UN envoy probe latest Yemeni developments

Arab League (AL) Secretary General Nabil el Araby met on Thursday with the United Nations (UN) Special Envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed who is currently visiting Egypt for the second time since assuming the duties of his post.
The meeting took up the latest developments in Yemen and the efforts exerted to find a solution to the deteriorating humanitarian conditions there.
The get-together comes after the failure of the humanitarian truce called for by the Yemeni President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi and was breached by the Houthis.
