Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Meets Tajikistan President

Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met Wednesday with Tajikistan's President Emomali Rahmon, currently on a visit to the UAE.
The meeting reviewed means of promoting ties between the two countries as well as regional and international issues of common concern, the official UAE News Agency WAM news agency reported.
The two sides agreed that the region is facing many challenges that jeopardize its stability, security and its peoples' safety, notably the growing phenomenon of terrorism, stressing the importance of unifying regional and international efforts to tackle these challenges so as to consolidate the bases of stability and peace.
