Bahraini information state minister receives national library director

State Minister for Information Affairs and the Government's Official Spokesperson Sameera Ebrahim bin Rajab received here today the Director of the National Library and Member of the Board of Trustees of the Isa Cultural Centre (ICC) Dr. Mansour Sarhan.
The Minister praised the tremendous efforts by Dr. Mansour Sarhan to promote and support the National Library's work, commending ICC's positive role in providing books and publications about knowledge and culture, highlighting Bahrain's culture, rich history and maintaining the cultural heritage of the Arab and Islamic world.
They reviewed the existing cooperation between the Ministry of State for Information Affairs and the National Library, especially regarding the National Library Digitisation project and intellectual property.
Dr. Sarhan expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the Minister for the warm welcome, praising her efforts and contributions to upgrading the media and cultural sectors in Bahrain.
