Awqaf to hold Imam workshops nationwide to renew religious discourse

The Awqaf Ministry will organize workshops for Imams and preachers at all Awqaf Directorates nationwide to propose their recommendations regarding the renewal of the religious discourse, Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa said on Friday.
These recommendations will be included in a full report to be submitted to the Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs Conference due in November, Gomaa added.
He made the remarks during his meeting with a number of Imams in Qalyubiya governorate to mark the national day of the governorate.
