Arab culture ministers to hold 19th meeting in Riyadh Monday

The 19th meeting of Arab Culture Ministers will be held here on Monday under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
The meeting will be inaugurated by Saudi Minister of Culture and Information Dr Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Khudairi, as a representative of King Abduallah.
The event, to be held under the rubric of "Arabic language, a platform for cultural-humanitarian integration", will tackle a number of vital issues related to the cultural field, with the participation of 30 countries and organizations.
The conferees will discuss various issues including: The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) suggestion of creating Council of Arab Ministers of Culture, and Arab culture TV channel, Arab cultural days, Arabic Poetry day, and Arab Charter to preserve the architectural heritage in the Arab countries, besides others.
