West's sanctions foiled by Iran's Int'l oil

Speaking in a meeting with the 17th Oil Show's staff, exhibition manager Ishaq Rouyvar elaborated on the oil show achievements stating that Oil Exhibition witnessed widespread presence of domestic and foreign companies this year, and added that a great number of senior oil officials expressed their satisfaction regarding the exhibition during their visits to the event, the oil ministry's website reported. Rouyar, who is also the Oil Ministry's Public Relations Department's head, added that widespread news coverage of the event and its reflection in domestic and foreign media could overshadow western countries' initiatives against Iran's oil industry. "In the near future, the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting will broadcast a program titled "Magazine" to present the oil industry's events and achievements" the official noted, adding necessary permissions are being obtained and its related contracts concluded. He stated that Oil Minister Rostam Qassemi has agreed with holding an international oil film festival with the presence of Iranian and foreign filmmakers.
