
Oil prices ended higher on Friday after losing for consecutive four sessions.
The West Texas Intermediate for October delivery gained 1.28 U.S. dollars to settle at 44.44 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, while Brent crude for November delivery added 1.38 U.S. dollars to close at 46.83 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
