Oil minister Iran's to develop shared fields

According to Shana, Qassemi, who was addressing a ceremony at his ministry, further said that development of oil and gas fields, completing ongoing projects, paying special attention to training, expanding cooperation with universities, focusing on development of shared oil and gas fields and supporting human resources are his ministry's top priorities. Iranian energy officials have frequently underlined that they plan to boost production in shared oil fields. In April, the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC)'s director for combined planning, Abdol-Majid Delparish, told a press conference that the country's oil production from shared oil fields will reach 850 thousand barrels per day by the end of the fifth five year development plan in 2015.
