ADNOC Distribution, the leading operator of retail fueling services outlets in the UAE, today announced the completion of the second phase of the development and expansion of the Officers City service station located on the Arabian Gulf Road in Abu Dhabi.

During the second phase of the project, ADNOC Distribution has upgraded the existing station infrastructure and installed new fuel pump technologies. The service station currently provides super-98 fuel products, Special 95 and E-Plus 91, as along with Green Diesel and Natural Gas for Vehicles (NGV), through 5 islands with 10 pumps capable of servicing 20 vehicles simultaneously.

Commenting on the announcement, Saeed Mubarak Al Rashdi, Acting CEO of ADNOC Distribution, said, "The expansion of the Officers City service station is part of ADNOC Distribution's drive to increase sales volume and improve performance while ensuring the adoption of state-of-the-art technology throughout its service station network. As part of our commitment to the fulfilment of ADNOC's integrated 2030 Strategy, ADNOC Distribution is pursuing an ambitious expansion plan to further enhance our high quality range of products and services and drive business growth across all our operational sectors."

This year, ADNOC Distribution has added 28 new service stations to its UAE-wide network of 362 stations. This rapid expansion has been accompanied by a strong retail sales performance and a very positive reaction from customers to new innovative services and a wide range of special offers and promotions.

The third and final phase of the expansion of Officers City service station involves an adjunct facility providing an additional 6 new fuel-filling islands with 8 pumps. Scheduled to be open in the near future, this facility will also offer new amenities for customers including 6 rental spaces for cafes and fast-food restaurants.

ADNOC Distribution’s comprehensive network of 362 stations and more than 240 ADNOC stores in Abu Dhabi and across the Northern Emirates of Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah and Umm Al Qaiwain receives more than 20 million visits every month. ADNOC Distribution is the sole operator of service stations in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
