World Bank forecasts 2.6% growth for Algeria in 2012

The World Bank (WB) forecasts a growth of 2.6% for Algeria in 2012, which is expected to strengthen to stand at 3.2% in 2013 and 3.6% in 2014. In its semiannual World Economic Outlook released Tuesday, the WB has maintained the growth forecast for Algeria in 2012, made in January, but has changed it for 2013 since it expected a GDP growth of 2.9%.
