The Central Bank of Egypt decides to amend controls, rules of banking finance for acquisition of companies

The Central Bank of Egypt has decided to amend controls and rules of banking finance for the acquisition of companies.
In a statement on Tuesday, the CBE said the decision applies to banking finances granted for the purpose of total or partial acquisitions of companies.
The bank demanded companies to carry out comprehensive audit of the company, subject to acquisition, through specialized financial and legal consultancy offices.
