Central Bank of Bahrain's monthly Issue of Treasury Bills oversubscribed by 275%

The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) on Wednesday announced that the BD 30 million monthly issue of Government Treasury Bills had been oversubscribed by 275%.
The bills, carrying a maturity of 182 days, are issued by the CBB, on behalf of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The issue date of the bills is 07th December 2014 and the maturity date is 07th June 2015.
The weighted average rate of interest is 0.79%, compared to 0.80% for the previous issue on 16th November 2014.
The approximate average price for the issue was 99.604%, with the lowest accepted price being 99.597%.
This is issue No. 1524 (ISIN BH0008A992Y5) of Government Treasury Bills. With this, the total outstanding value of Government Treasury Bills is BD 1.230 billion.
