CBB's Sukuk al-Salam securities oversubscribed by 332%

The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) on Wednesday announced that the monthly issue of the Sukuk Al-Salam Islamic securities for the BD 36 million issue, which carries a maturity of 91 days, had been oversubscribed by 332%.
The expected return on the issue, which begins on 22 October 2014 and matures on 21 January 2015, is 0.72%, equivalent to 0.72% for the previous issue.
The securities are issued by the CBB on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This is issue No. 162 (ISIN BH00086389D8) of Sukuk Al-Salam securities.
