Beirut - Arabstoday

A group of hackers on Wednesday infiltrated the website of the Israeli right-wing newspaper Maariv and placed the picture of slain Hezbullah leader Imad Mughniyeh on its front page. The hackers also penetrated the website’s horoscope page and changed its link to point to a site commemorating Mughniyeh. “Remember Emad,” read a slogan placed under the late military commander’s illustrated portrait. Mughniyeh was killed in a car bomb blast in Damascus on February 12, 2008. Hezbullah has accused Israel of assassinating him and vowed retaliation.
