over half a million Facebook fans.
The campaign is not only a success in its own right: it will also help the company gauge customer satisfaction and implement suggestions.
Samsung is currently having a resurgence as a mobile-phone manufacturer with the rise of the Galaxy series of smartphones and tablets.
