Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al-Khalifa, Wife of His Majesty the King and Supreme Council for Women (SCW) President sent a cable of congratulations to Al-Iman Girls’ School Principal Furat Abdul Al-Hai on winning the His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum’s Arab Challenge Reading.

Al-Iman Girls School clinched the award, topping 41,000 schools which took part in the contest and vied for the award from different Arab countries.

She extended congratulations to the school administrative and educational staff, commending directors and teachers in charge of the programme.

She commended their dedicated efforts to instill the importance of reading among students and motivate them to expand their potential and communicate with the world, reflecting Bahrain’s educational, cultural and intellectual standing.

HRH Princess Sabeeka commended strong-willed students’ assiduity and determination to engage in the Arab Challenge Reading and honour their country in this Arab arena.

She wished the school continued success to contribute to Bahrain’s educational development strides.
