Bahrain Chamber marks International Women’s Day

The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) has expressed its pride and appreciation to all women and paid special tribute to Bahraini women on their efforts in all arenas.
In a statement marking the International Women’s Day 2015, BCCI recognised and commended Bahraini women’s contribution to Bahrain's economic development and their partnership with men, adding that Bahraini women have succeeded taking up prominent positions and working hand-in-hand with men, proving their competence in all ventures.
Empowering Bahraini women has come as a result of the sound leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister and their stances of supporting women.
