US authorities warned on Columbine anniversary

Temple University officials said graffiti on the Philadelphia campus suggests the possibility of violence on the upcoming anniversary of the Columbine massacre. The message, written on a bathroom wall last month, stated that on the April 20 anniversary, the tagger would "bring honor" to Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold -- the teens who shot up their Columbine, Colo., high school in 1999, killing 12 students and a teacher before taking their own lives. The graffiti incident prompted university officials to send an advisory to students via email, voicemail and text message, reassuring the community that security was a "top priority." The Philadelphia Inquirer said Temple officials declined to provide details of the increased security, but said they also alerted Philadelphia police and the FBI.
