Indian School Wadi Kabir students shine in Class X board exams

After the success in the Class XII CBSE exams this year, it was yet another euphoric day of academic achievement for students of Indian School Wadi Kabir who proved their mettle in the Class X CBSE Board Examinations held in March 2017.

All the 352 students came out successful achieving a 100 per cent record; a remarkable achievement considering the fact that all students opted for the board-based exams making ISWK the only school in the capital region to have done so. 

Among the toppers,73 students achieved a perfect CGPA 10 getting placed in A1 grades in all the five subjects and made their school proud.

More than 164 of the total students appeared in the examination, and scored above 90 per cent aggregate.

Subject-wise performance is as follows: Out of 352 students,135 scored A1s in English, 120 in Science, 101 in Mathematics, 107 in Social Science, 65 A1s out of 257 in Hindi and 49 A1s out of 93in Malayalam.

The School Management Committee, Principal D.N. Rao, Vice-Principal of the Senior Wing, Jayaprakash Pillai and the staff congratulated the students for their dedication and hard work.
