Egyptian minister approves batches of students of military academies, institutes
Defence Minister General Sedqi Sobhi
Cairo - MENA
Minister of Defense General Sedqi Sobhi on Monday agreed to accept new batches of students wishing to join military academies and institutes.
Applicants should be holders of Thanaweya Amma degree or its Azhari equivalents or having a technical education diploma, Gamal Abu Ismail, deputy director of the Military Academy, said.
Male applicants should be at least 170cm high, except those applying for the Air Academy.
The applicants must be unmarried and known for good conduct.
