Egypt needs EGP135bn for education, health

Egypt needs EGP 135 billion to spend on education, health and scientific research under the 2014 constitution, said the finance minister.
The constitution gives a three-year space of time to increase the budget of these three sectors, said Hani Qadry.
He said his ministry has increased maximum taxes to 30 percent. He added that this percentage may be lowered.
