Education denies reports on abolishing Thanawiya Amma, final year of primary school

The Education Ministry denied media reports claiming abolishing Thanawiya Amma (secondary school) and final year of primary school as of next school year.
In a statement on Wednesday, the ministry stressed that the news is bare of truth.
The ministry underlined keenness on developing education for the best interest of the nation.
The ministry called on media to verify the authenticity of the news to avoid perplexing public opinion.
