Arabsat suspends broadcast of Syrian TV stations

The Syrian ministry of information said Wednesday that the Arab communication Satellite, Arabsat, has suspended the broadcast of all Syrian TV stations, Sana news agency reported. Arabsat carries over 400 TV channels and 160 Radio stations, that reaches more than 100 countries across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Central Asia. Earlier today, the Egyptian communication satellite, Nilesat, has also stopped the broadcast of all Syrian TV stations.
