After a video that showed a cat being fed alive to hungry dogs went viral in the UAE, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum ordered the men responsible for the incident to clean Dubai Zoo facilities.

Soon after the graphic video was posted on social media Dubai police arrested, a man who filmed himself making his dogs feed on the helpless cat. The men who took part in the incident have been ordered to clean Dubai Zoo facilities for 4 hours daily for 3 months as community service.

The cat was mauled to death by two aggressive dogs as a punishment by the owner and the video has enraged social media users.
