Manama - BNA

The (Camera and City) TV Documentary-Drama program has begun shooting for its Bahraini version of the TV series, after three days of continuous exploratory and inspection visits to natural habitat, archaeological and heritage sites in order to showcase aesthetic lifestyles and urban development in the Kingdom of Bahrain throughout its ancient and modern history. The program's media supervisor and preparer, Ashraf Al-Marzouq, revealed that Bahrain has been included in a list of 8-only Arab countries chosen to shoot for the series, which crown's the Kingdom's prestigious place on the map of Arabian heritage, culture and tourism and evidences the Kingdom's rich ancient treasures and humanity worthy of documenting. He added that the program (Camera and City) implemented by (Vision) - a Jordan-based Art Production and Distribution firm – has chosen the Kingdom of Bahrain as a destination to conclude its Arab tour in Morocco, Tunisia, Palestine, Lebanon, Sudan, Sultanate of Oman and Jordan. All program production, videography and presentation crews expressed their awesome admiration of the beauty of landscaping and architecture as well as the Bahraini people's cordial hospitality and expressed utmost gratitude and appreciation to Minister of State for Information Affairs Her Excellency Samira Ibrahim bin Rajab, Minister of Culture Her Excellency Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa; the directorates of Publications and Press, External Media, Archaeological Artifacts and National Heritage, as well as to all governmental and private institutions for assisting and facilitating the work of the program's team. The informative documentary program blends sounds and pictures recorded by a tourist during a series of travels to Arab capital countries and capital cities highlighting most prominent cultural, touristic, archeological sites and natural habitats.
