Rita Ora, Nick Grimshaw named 'X Factor' judges

Nick Grimshaw and Rita Ora have signed on as judges for next season of The X Factor, producers Syco and Thames announced Tuesday.
The ITV talent competition show also confirmed Cheryl Fernandez-Versini will return to the judging panel.
The trio will appear alongside series creator Simon Cowell.
"I am excited to be coming back to The X Factor -- I had a ball here [as a guest judge] in 2012. This is a journey I can't wait to embark on to find some talented singers. It's the new generation taking over. Booooom," Ora said in a statement.
