Director in Diyala TV channel escaped an assassination

Director of the photography department in Diyala TV channel Laith Hamid al-Obeidi survived on Sunday an assassination attempt in an armed attack targeted his house north of Baquba.
A security source said in a press statement that three gunmen have attacked the house of al-Obeidi in Um al-Krafis area north of Baquba, and there was an exchange of fire between the two sides, injuring one of the gunmen while al-Obeidi did not be hurt.
