Makkah governor inaugurates Makkah al-Mukarramah newspaper

Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Makkah Region, inaugurated here yesterday Makkah Al-Mukarramah newspaper in a ceremony held by Makkah Establishment for Printing and Information. Addressing the ceremony, the Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja expressed his thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his support for the Establishment materially, his reception of its senior officials, his signing of the first commemorative issue of Makkah Al-Mukarramah newspaper in the holy month of Ramadan in the year 1433 AH, and his blessing to its new name. Dr. Khoja added that the King's generous support for the successive stages of the old newspaper issued in a new name comes in harmony with his interest and care for Makkah as a holy site, residents and visitors during his prosperous era. They all had dinner prepared on this occasion. The ceremony was attended by Minister of Hajj Dr. Bandar bin Mohammed Hajjar and a number of officials.
