Cooperation between BNA and Petra discussed

Bahrain News Agency (BNA) Acting Director General Mohannad Suleiman Al-Nuaimi discussed ways of boosting cooperation with the Jordanian news agency (Petra) at a meeting with its Director General Faisal Al Shboul.
The BNA Acting Director General lauded deep-rooted fraternal relations between both countries and growing cooperation between them mainly in the media and press field. He also hailed strong cooperation between BNA and Petra in news exchange and developing the media cadres. He praised, after touring Petra departments, the professional level of its staff, commending cooperation between the two agencies.
On his part, Petra Director General lauded bilateral cooperation, urging to further boost it in the media field so as to develop competencies and keep them abreast of technological progress. Both sides also called to increase Arab news in the international agencies' bulletins and rectify some information disclosed about Arab countries.
